Subscription Policy

Thank you for choosing Bombonds' Subscribe & Save program. By purchasing a subscription product on Bombonds, you agree to the following Subscription Policy.

1. Subscribe & Save Discount

Customers who choose a subscription purchase will automatically receive 10% off:

Your first subscription order qualifies for a 10% discount.
Every recurring subscription order will also receive the same 10% discount for as long as your subscription remains active.

2. Subscription Frequency

All subscription products are delivered on a monthly recurring schedule.

By placing a subscription order, you authorize Bombonds to automatically process and charge your selected payment method every month for the subscribed product until your subscription is cancelled in accordance with this policy.

3. Automatic Billing

Your payment method will be securely stored by our payment provider and will be automatically charged before each scheduled monthly shipment.

If a payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to charge your payment method again or contact you for updated payment information. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be completed.

4. Subscription Cancellation

At this time, customers cannot cancel their subscription directly through the Bombonds website or customer account.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must contact our Customer Support team.

To ensure your next recurring order is not processed, we recommend contacting us at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation requests received after an order has been processed or shipped will apply to future recurring orders only.

6. Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to Bombonds' Refund Policy. Any approved returns or refunds will be handled in accordance with our standard return procedures.

Bombonds reserves the right to modify or update this Subscription Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting on our website. Continued participation in the Subscribe & Save program constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
