At bombonds strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product
they've purchased from us. if you are experiencing any shipping or products
issue, or you're feeling frustrated, then please send us an email and our team wil
assist you right away.
Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mail to you will
be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the
trouble.


ORDER CANCELLATION

If you are canceling your order which has not yet to be shipped out, please kindly
contact us via info@bombonds.com. For the fastest resolution, please include youl
order number. Thanks!
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. if the
order is cancelled you will get full refund.
Cancellation Timeframe: Customers are allowed to cancel their order within 1
day(24 hours)of placing the order.
Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 3 business days of
ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we
do not ship on weekends.
If a cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped and within
the allowed i-day cancellation period, the order can be canceled. once the order
has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

 

Order Cancellation & Full Refund

We support order cancellation requests with valid conditions. Customers are eligible to cancel their orders before the product is produced or shipped, and a full refund will be issued for successfully cancelled orders. Once the product has been shipped out, order cancellation will no longer be accepted.
After the cancellation application is confirmed and approved, we will process your refund within 3-7 working days. The refund fund will be automatically returned to your original payment method.

Returns Policy

We accept product return applications from customers. Customers have the right to apply for a product return within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, intact, and in the same original condition as received, with complete original packaging. A valid receipt or official proof of purchase is required to complete the return procedure. Please do not send the returned items directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds Processing Rules

After we receive and complete the inspection of your returned items, we will send a receipt notification to your registered email. We will also inform you of the final approval or rejection result of your refund application via email.
If your refund application is approved, we will initiate the refund process immediately. The refund amount will be credited to your credit card or original payment account within 14 calendar days from the approval date.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received the refund within the stipulated time, please follow the steps below for verification: First, double-check your bank account transaction records. Then contact your credit card company, as refund posting usually requires a certain processing period. Next, confirm with your bank for possible delayed processing.

Return Shipping Fee Regulations

If the return is initiated due to personal reasons of the consumer (such as personal dislike, wrong purchase, unnecessary order, etc.), the consumer shall bear the full return shipping fee. The specific shipping cost shall be subject to the charging standard of the express company you choose.
If the return is caused by our official reasons, including but not limited to damaged goods, incorrect goods delivered, missing accessories or quality problems, the consumer is exempted from all return shipping fees, and we will bear the corresponding shipping cost.
