I don't know who designed this shapewear or how they did it, but this is hands-down the best, most flattering bodysuit I have ever worn (and there have been dozens). I am not post-surgery, which I understand is one use case for this type of garment, but I am middle-aged and have had children, so things aren't the way they once were.
When I put this on, I look INCREDIBLE - I swear, I resemble that cartoon singing lady from Roger Rabbit. My rear: lifted, it's giving Georgia peach. My chest: supple and supported. My stomach: what stomach? My stomach is gone, all I have is spinal cord. Yet...I can breathe in it? Fasten everything with no assistance? Use the restroom as needed? No worries about it showing under my clothing? HOW?!??
Buy it. I'll spare you the photos of me actually in it but trust me, this is IT.

This is the perfect faja for postpartum! I am 4 weeks postpartum, 140 lbs 5”5 and I ordered a medium. It‘s comfortable and doesn’t squeeze too tight. After I zipped the zipper it sucked in all my belly fat in like magic and made my waist more defined. Also gave me a butt and boob lift! The only thing I wish it had is hook and eye and the bottom instead of a zipper.
