These fit perfectly! They are easy to apply and did not irritate my skin at all. I wore these with a tank top on a warm day, and had no issues with sweat causing them to move. It gave me great lift and looked like I was wearing a regular bra without the straps! You could not see through the shirt and stayed in place perfectly. Stick them to the inside of your sports bra (or whatever you are wearing), lift the breast in place and you’re done. They didn’t move and are comfortable to wear. Also, they don’t hurt coming off.
